SENTIER DES TERROIRS
(Geology and grapes trail)

 

This trail forms a loop between Sierre and Salgesch. As you follow the imaginatively-designed signs, you will see the different types of rock found in the Valais. The route brings you to the centre of Miège, where you will see the village's 3 places devoted to leisure and social pleasures: the Exposition des Terroirs, the wine-tasting area and the Relais Miégeois.

 

 

The Sentier des Terroirs links the Sentier Viticole (Wine trail) and the Chemin du Vignoble (Vineyard trail).
